There are a plethora of funded international fellowship programs designed to give outstanding graduates (and sometimes undergraduates) opportunities to study or research abroad in another country. What are the benefits (or possible cons) of doing a program like this? How can you prepare yourself to be a stronger applicant? We’ll speak to some alumni who have completed a range of international programs, including the Pickering, Boren, and Gilman Scholarships, among others.
