Paola is a first-generation Hispanic student from the Chicagoland area who is deeply motivated by her lived experiences and the desire to create lasting change. Balancing school, work, and home responsibilities, she remains committed to leadership, service, and academic excellence. She is especially passionate about immigrants rights and community advocacy, using her voice to inform and empower others. With plans to pursue a career in law, Paola hopes to represent marginalized communities and fight for equity and justice. Paola says, “Everything I do is for the younger version of me who needed to see that better is possible and now I want to be that example for others.
